In the frame of EU Youth in Action Programme, Macedonian YHA will host Respect & Welcome: intercultural training for volunteers and staff in Youth Hostels from 10 to 14 November
This project will offer Youth Hostels' staff and volunteers of different cultural and religious backgrounds a platform for exchange. The focus is to communicate with young people who are staying at Youth Hostels, to animate intercultural dialogue between them, and how to plan and implement intercultural and inter-religious activity programs, how to include minorities and how to choose appropriate tools for such activities. Exchange across “frontiers” is facilitated by the possibility to present different point of views and explore joint collaboration in future training.
